How do I arrange to appear before Council as a delegation?

You must write a letter to the Town Clerk about why you want to appear. You will be notified of the next available Council meeting date. Your written request and any other documentation about the delegation must be submitted to the Town Clerk at least six days before the meeting so there is time to place your item on the agenda.
