The Hilton Garden Inn is pleased to offer the following rates to participants of Run Ajax:
- $129.00 for 1 King Bed
- $129.00 for 2 Queen Beds
- $169.00 for a Junior Suite
Check In: 3 p.m. All guest need a valid credit card to check in, they can pay cash at check out.
Requests for early check-in are to be made in advance, subject to availability.
Check Out: Noon
Requests for late check-out are to be made in advance, and are subject to availability. An additional day rate charge may apply to late check-out between 2 and 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., the full rate is applied.
Reservation Method: Individual Call-in, to be received by the Hotel by the Cut-off date listed below.

All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card or master billing account.

Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. The negotiated rate will be applied for each cancelled reservation.

Group cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. In the event that the group cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival a charge of the first nights room and taxes will apply for the full block of rooms (peak night).

The guarantor (the signatory for the master billing account or card holder for major credit cards) will be billed for one night’s accommodation for any “No Show” guests.
Cut off Date: September 26, 2008

Any guest rooms not picked up by the cut off will be released back to the Hotel for resale.

Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and the next best available rate.
Super 8 Motel (Ajax)

The Super 8 Motel is pleased to offer the following rates to participants of Run Ajax:
- $99.00 for a Standard Room
- $104.00 for a Junior Suites
- All guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast.
- 3 p.m. check-in time (or earlier by request) and 11 a.m. check-out time.
