Renrick Ashby

If you notice someone juggling a soccer ball, it just might be Ward 2 Councillor Renrick Ashby. In addition to his love for soccer, he also enjoys baseball and participated in the Westney Heights Men’s Slo-pitch League. The busy Councillor also enjoys basketball, reading, and considers himself to be quite the car enthusiast.

The 12-year Ajax resident graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Urban Planning, and has a diploma in Civil Engineering from Seneca College. In addition to his Council duties, Councillor Ashby currently works as a senior planner for the City of Toronto.

Councillor Ashby is very passionate about community consultation and giving residents a voice in running their town.
