What is ISO?

The Town of Ajax was ISO 9001 registered in 1997. ISO (a derivative of the Greek word "isos" or equal) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from over 40 countries which was established in 1947. ISO allows an organization like Ajax to improve the way it does business, focus its resources, document it processes and enhance relationships with its customers.
