Road Occupancy

The Occupancy or Closure of any highway in the Town of Ajax for any purpose including the landscaping of a boulevard or the placement of one or more newspaper boxes is governed by the conditions of Bylaw #50-2005. Applicants seeking permission for each "Road Occupancy/Road Closure" purpose must contact the following Town Departments in order to obtain an authorized permit:
