Public skating will resume in September.

Village Arena

The Village Arena is located at 100 Church St. N., Ajax, L1T 2W7, in the historical Pickering Village. This arena is home to many different sports teams such as Ajax Minor Hockey, Durham West Girls Hockey, Athletes in Action and the Ajax Oldtimers Hockey.

During the summer months, this facility is available for floor rentals such as lacrosse, roller hockey and special events.

Ajax Community Centre

The Ajax Community Centre is located at 75 Centennial Road, Ajax, L1S 4S4.  The Ajax C.C. has four ice pads - three pads are North American size (185' x 85') and one pad is Olympic size (100' x 200'). The Ajax Community Centre is home to the Ajax Attack Jr. A Hockey Club, Telus Lightening Ladies Jr. Hockey Club and the Durham Dragons Special Needs Hockey.

During the summer months, we continue to offer ice year-round on two of our pads, while the other two pads are utilized by roller hockey leagues. We also open our floors to trade shows and other special events.
