We have various registration/payment options available.

How to register:

• If the participant you are registering has a special need, severe allergy or other medical condition, please contact our Community Recreation Coordinator, Andrew Norris, so appropriate arrangements can be made.  Please email: andrew.norris@townofajax.com or call 905-619-2529, ext. 7248
• Have your Client barcode, Family PIN number and course barcode (from the brochure) ready
• Methods of payment include VISA, MasterCard and American Express 
• Full amount payment is required to complete registration (including any outstanding balance on accounts)
• Immediate confirmation will be provided once payment is complete
• Registration receipts can be printed on-line

Drop-off

• Complete registration form (up to two registration from the same family can be entered on one form)
• Methods of payment include cheque and credit card only. No cash or bank debit 
• Drop-off locations: Ajax Community Centre (1st floor) and McLean Community Centre
• Registration receipts will be mailed within one week of processing

Walk-in  (immediate processing beginning Thurs. Mar. 8)

• Walk-in registration begins three days after the first day of registration (at the customer service counters at the Ajax CC (1st flr.) and McLean Community Centre
• Complete registration form (up to two registrations from the same family can be entered on one form)
• Methods of payment include cash, bank debit, credit card, cheque (payable to the Town of Ajax), and money order
• Registration confirmation and your registration receipts will be provided immediately

Mail-In:

• Complete registration form (up to two registration from the same family can be entered on one form)
• Methods of payment include cheque, credit cards, or money order. No cash or bank debit is accepted
• Mail to: Program Registration, Town of Ajax Recreation Services, 65 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax, Ontario, L1S 2H9
• Registration receipts will be mailed within one week of processing

Fax It:

• Complete registration form (up to two registration from the same family can be entered on one form)
• Methods of payment include VISA, Master Card, or American Express 
• Fax to: Recreation Services, Program Registration at 905-427-3821.  For low ratio, private and special needs, fax registration form to: 905-428-2809.
• Registration receipts will be mailed within one week of processing

For drop-off and fax registrations, please provide an alternate time/date selection (ie your second choice) to assist us with processing your registration form.
