I forgot my Connect@REC access numbers - what do I do?

• Please call us at 905-427-8811. After answering a few security questions to verify your personal information, we will give you your numbers over the telephone.

I am a new customer. What do I need to do to obtain my Connect@REC access numbers?

• Complete the Application for Connect@REC Access Codes form which can be found in our Recreation Services brochure. This form can be faxed or mailed to us or drop by in person and bring the completed application form.

How do I add family members to my account?

• Please call us at 905-427-8811. We will verify your personal information utilizing security measures and add a new member to your family account. We can supply the new barcode number over the telephone.

What time does registration begin on the first day?

• Registration begins on the first day at 9 a.m.

Who do I call if I have any questions about Connect@REC touch-tone registration?

• Please contact our program administration staff at 905 427-8811, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Some courses listed are not available for touch-tone registration. Why not, and what are the alternative methods for registration?

• Currently low ratio and private swim lessons as well as Family Fitness Circuit are exempt from Connect@REC. Traditional registration methods can be used for these programs.

What do I do if I get the message, "Client does not meet course age requirements"?

• To use touch-tone registration, the client must be the required age for the chosen program. All other traditional registration methods may be used to register if the youth (6 yrs and older) meets the required age within the 10 week course period.

How do I get confirmation that my registration was processed successfully?

• Connect@REC touch tone registration system taps into 16 telephone lines. This means that 16 people can register at the same time. In addition, your registration will be processed and confirmed immediately. There is no need to call and confirm.
