Erect/Install School Portables

  • The estimated construction value (to be checked against the TACBOC valuation)
  • A completed Building Permit application form 
  • The Building Permit Fee pursuant to Building Bylaw 29-97, Schedule A, Part B, item 10
  • Three copies of a fully dimensioned CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS including:
    • a professional engineer stamp, signed and dated
  • Three copies of a SITE PLAN showing the location of all existing and proposed portables
  • Three copies of drawings showing the foundation and anchorage details
  • Two copies of a letter that identifies any fuel fired appliances that are installed and provides the occupant load of the school including all existing and proposed portables
  • Completed Confirmation of Commitment by Owner and Field Review forms
  • A completed Other Approvals Form (when necessary)
