Bylaw 74-2005 - Amendment to Development Charges Bylaw 115-2003 and Background Study

On Monday, June 27, 2005 the Council of the Town of Ajax passed Bylaw 74-2005 pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, to amend Development Charges Bylaw 115-2003, to provide full or partial exemption of development charges in the Downtown Community Improvement Project area.
