If you are considering constructing a new facility in Ajax, seeking to expand, or working with a client that requires a site for a design build or new construction project, our vacant land inventory will help you identify parcels of available land. The Town will be launching GIS mapping technology in early 2008. The technology will enable the user to search for parcels of land based on size, zoning, location and other attributes. The GIS mapping feature will allow you to map sites and retrieve detailed property descriptions.
